Fabric Refund and Flaw Policy

 When you place a pre-order you are agreeing to purchase an item that we do not have on hand or ready to ship.There is a waiting period and you agree to this wait by completing your purchase. Refunds will not be issued based on wait times within the turnaround time. We will always do it’s best to give you an accurate estimate of when fabric will arrive and will provide updates any time they are available. Average TAT is 5-8 weeks with a wait time of up to 12 weeks. Please join the Facebook group for more information. Retail fabric is on hand and is ready to ship.

       Unfortunately, it is not uncommon for us to receive flawed custom prints. It is a normal part of the process. We print on 59” wide fabric but we can only guarantee 53”; therefore flaws (smudges, defects, small cuts) that are 6” from the selvage will not be considered a flaw. Any flaw that can be covered with a quarter will not be considered eligible for refund. Flaws that are on the wrong side of the fabric that do not show through the front side are also not eligible for a refund.

      We do not issue refunds for fabric after washing. Please read our suggested washing routine in the files section of the Facebook Group to avoid color fading or bleeding. If the flaw is not one of these exceptions, we will deem how much to discount or to offer a full refund. The fabric must be returned unwashed and uncut for a full refund.
